Alright
Though "alright' has crept into the nation's vocabulary, it is technically not a word at all. The correct usage is "all right",
as in "Is that all right with you?'
or "All right, that's what we'll do."
Losing vs. loosing
Lose means to misplace or have taken away, while loose means not tight.
If someone loses a spouse, the spouse has died. If someone looses a spouse, the spouse has been set free.
We lose (misplace) a book; we loosen a shoelace.
