Be a non-profit organization and to raise funds for donation to charitable organizations.

Create a social climate that fosters a family environment through weekly meetings, practices and other get-togethers.

Foster a desire to learn country western dances and dance routines.

Teach new dances, primarily country western, to all willing to learn, including non-members we may meet at social gatherings or other events.

Perform, free of expected compensation, at nursing homes, hospitals, etc. and other activities approved by CDC leadership.

Support a charity of choice by performing, expecting charitable compensation, at locations approved by CDC leadership.

 
The Cimarron Dance Club is a non-profit organization, and no part of any income that it may have shall be used to benefit any private party who might be deemed a member.  Nor shall any member, officer, or the organization itself receive or be entitled to receive any profit of any kind except reasonable compensation for expenses as approved by the General Officers.
