SCOTT sits on a chair with the clipboard next to him. He is putting on sandals as JULI rushes in.

SCOTT:     Hey, Juli. How’d it go this morning?

JULI:     Pretty good, Scott. It’s a fun script. The kids seemed to enjoy it. So, are you ready to perform next hour?

SCOTT:     Yeah. I’ve got the script all memorized. I just need my costume. Do you know where it is?

JULI:     What part are you playing again?

SCOTT:     Abraham, of course. I am the token male this hour.

JULI:     Oh! Just a minute. (She begins taking off her Bible-era costume.)

SCOTT:     (covering his eyes quickly) Ah, Juli, if you’d like some privacy, I could leave.

JULI:     (handing him the costume) There you go, one Abraham costume, slightly used.

SCOTT:     What!? Don’t tell me you had to play ol’ Abraham this morning!

JULI:     Yep. Fifth week in a row that I’ve been a cross-dresser for the Lord. I haven’t shaved my legs for a month!

SCOTT:     Man, we have got to find more people to join our children’s drama team.

JULI:     (looking at her legs) I don’t know, I’m kind of starting to like the look. Makes me feel European or something.

SCOTT:     I’m serious. There are probably lots of people at [insert name of church] who would love performing for the kids on Sunday mornings.

JULI:     And on Saturday nights, too!

SCOTT:     That’s right. We need people for Saturday nights, too! But how do we find them?

JULI:     Well, what if we visited each adult Sunday school class and did a little skit for them, to show them how much fun performing can be?

SCOTT:     Yeah, and then we could ask them to put their names (picking up clipboard) on a sign up sheet, and we can call them with more information.

JULI:     We could also invite them to attend our drama team information meetings on [insert day] at [insert time] in Room [insert room number].

SCOTT:     That sounds like a great idea! Let’s do it!

JULI:     Okay! I’ll write a script and email it to you this week.

SCOTT:     Perfect! (They begin exiting.) Hey, Juli, when you write the script, try not to mention anything about not shaving your legs. We don’t want to scare them off!
