These
tuts were written for Paint Shop Pro versions 7 and 8 but can be
applied to later versions provided you know your way around PSP pretty
good. The tools you use might look a bit different or in different
locations, but otherwise work the same.
You will
need Paint Shop Pro and
Super Blade Pro to complete this tutorial.

PATTERN:
Right click
on
pattern and "Save
Picture As"
Open this
in
PSP and Minimize it.
Download the
Place the Night
Sky font in your
Fonts Folder
The tubes in your Tubes Folder and the Gold_Shiny preset inside your
Environments and Textures Folder inside Super Blade Pro.
Open a New
300x250 Transparent Image
Flood Fill with #202020
Add a new Raster Layer
Add your text
Night
Sky
Font
Size 48
White Fill
Stroke Null
Bold
Centered
Floating
and
Anti alias both checked
Center text with mover tool
Add the gold_shiny Preset using Super Blade Pro
changing
these
settings:
Radius
4
Height -60
glare 26
OK
Deselect
Duplicate the text layer
Image/Flip
Effects/blur/Gaussian Blur
Set it to 4.97
Text transparency...84
New layer
Add the dogwood tube
Scale it to 25 (Yes I know its huge! lol)
Arrange
dogwood
where you want it
Duplicate
the
dogwood layer
Image/Flip
Effects/Blur/Gaussian Blur
4.97
Move dogwood till it looks like it is reflecting in the same place as
the original one. it may go off the edge of the pic.

New Raster Layer
Add rose tube at 60%
Add a Drop shadow with these settings
Vertical 11
Horizontal
1
Opacity 80
Blur 8.6
Duplicate
Layer
Image/Flip
Apply the gaussian blur again, Same setting as before.
Arrange the blurred rose till it appears under the regular one.
It should
look
as it the top rose is
setting on a glass table

In your layer palette,
move the blurred rose under the text layer..should be the second layer.

Make final adjustments and then merge visible.
Set your background color to white and add
a border.
Symmetric 12.
Grab your magic wand and click on the inside of the border so the
marching ants encase the border.
Apply the gold shiny settings again using the same settings as before.
Selections/ Invert
Apply a cutout
with these
settings
horizontal and vertical 3
Op 80
Blur 5
color black
Apply the
cutout again
changing the horizontal and vertical to
-3
add another
border/Symmetric
15
Tap the
magic
wand inside the new
border so the marching ants are encasing it.
Flood fill with Pattern Fill I have supplied for you.
scale pattern to 94

Selections/Invert
Apply a drop
shadow using
these settings
vertical 3
horizontal 3
op 80
blur 4.9
Color Black
Apply the
drop
shadow again changing
the vertical and horizontal to -3
Deselect
Add one more Border/Symmetric 9
Tap the magic wand inside the new white border
Apply the gold shiny preset one more time.
Selections/Invert.
Apply a cut out using the same settings from before.
Apply the cutout one more time changing the vertical and horizontal to 3
And that's it.
