These

applied to later versions provided you know your way around PSP pretty
good. The tools you use might look a bit different or in different
locations, but otherwise work the same.
Open
a 200x200 transparent Image. This should give you plenty of
room to work.
We only need to draw one half of the heart...We will duplicate it and
mirror it then merge.
Outline
color #E71111

Layers>Duplicate
Image>Mirror
Put the heart together then MERGE Visible.

Using the Magic Wand, Flood fill the heart with same color
Selection>None
Tap inside the heart with the Wand again to select it
Select>Invert
Add an Inverted drop shadow
Horizontal and Vertical =0
opacity 100
blur 47
color #800000
add the drop shadow again
Add your text now if you wish then merge visible.
Now we
need to add a smaller
heart:
Select>None
Layers>Duplicate
Image>Resize
Width and Height 90 Percent
Resample using BILINEAR
UNCHECK the Resize all layers box
SAVE as psp image
Open
in Animation Shop
Stretch out the Ani so you can see both hearts
You should have a big heart and a little heart
Edit>Select All
Animation>Reverse Frames (You want the little heart first)
While they are both still selected, right click and COPY from the drop
down menu
rick click on the big heart twice and select PASTE AFTER CURRENT FRAME
Ok..we are almost finished
right click on the first heart
