These tuts were written for Paint Shop Pro versions 7 and 8 but can be applied to later versions provided you know your way around PSP pretty good. The tools you use might look a bit different or in different locations, but otherwise work the same.

Please Note:
Instructions for the text and decorations are NOT included.  Just the Calling Card base. 
You have to use your imagination for the rest.

Open a new transparent image 126 x 76
Flood Fill with color of your choice
Add a New Raster Layer


Flood Fill the layer with a Radial gradient of your choice Repeat 3
Selections> Select All  Selections> Modify> Contract
Number of pixels 12> OK
Punch the DELETE key on your keyboard
Selections> Invert
Apply a drop shadow
Vertical and Horizontal Offset to 1
Opacity 100 Blur 4.00  Color Black #000000
Apply the Drop Shadow again, this time setting the Offset to minus 1.
Selections> None


Add a New Raster Layer
Flood Fill this layer with a contrasting color...maybe a few shades darker then the bottom layer.
Selections> Select All  Selections> Modify> Contract
Number of Pixels 11> OK
Punch the DELETE key on your keyboard again.
Selections> None
Layers> Merge> Merge Visible
Add your text and embellish to your liking.


Tip:

 Add a new Raster Layer for each item you add so you can move items around or delete them easier.
Merge Visible when Finished.
