Score another one for Action/Motorsports Authentics

They have managed to cheat the fans again!

We must apologize to our customers. We had ordered 2 cases of the Dale Jr Back in Black Talledega 1/24 Nascar Diecast. This is a total of 48 Cars. We received a grand total of 2 Diecasts. Our distributor (one of the largest Motorsports Authentics/Action distributors) had ordered 1400 of these Nascar diecast and received only 72 to divide among their retailers. Motorsports Authentics/Action has apparently decided to distribute the mass majority of these diecasts to their Track Trailers and and their retail stores. This is how they are ripping off the fans! If a Nascar diecast is popular, and this one is huge, MA/Action screws the retailers and the race fans in order to make more money. They sell their diecasts at the track for $75 or more. I sell mine for $59.99. Do you see where I am going with this. This to me is criminal. Multi million dollar company with only one thing in mind. Gouging the race fan at the track. There were 44,000 of this Nascar diecast made. Plenty to go around. In order to drive the price up they keep them out of everyones hands. The even have their agents selling them on ebay for up to $150.00.

BadMoon1 will always fight to get you the Fan and Collector your Nascar diecast for less. If you would like to help in this fight please write Motorsports Authentics (formerly Action) and tell them what money grubbing "you know whats" they are. Not all RACE fans can get to a race to buy this stuff. They even screwed their own Motorsports Authentics/Action dealers which are under contract to keep their mouths shut. I however am not. They are nothing but crooks!

May 31st Press Release. On Father's Day Michigan, the latest in DEI's line of tribute paint schemes will take to the track when Dale Jr. races a "throwback" No. 8 Budweiser Chevrolet in a nod to grandfather Ralph and father Dale. The predominantly cream-colored car will feature vintage Budweiser bow-tie logos which were introduced in 1956 -- the same year Ralph Earnhardt won the NASCAR National Sportsman title, a series that eventually became the modern-day Busch Series. Dale Earnhardt also raced a similar paint scheme when he began his NASCAR career in 1974 -- the same year Dale Jr. was born. This Motorsports Authentics Nascar diecast has a September Release Date. DEI Announced April 25th That to Honor Dale Earnhardt Day this weekend at Talladega all DEI Cars will be painted Intimidator Black. This is great News for both Race fans and Diecast fans alike. I personally have wanted to see an all black Bud Car hit the Track and hit my collection and now DEI has granted us our wish. Even Better this black paint scheme is true Dale Earnhardt. Grey and Red Trim. Drivers Numbers in true Intimidator Fashion. The only thing missing is the #3 and of course. The MAN himself Dale Earnhardt. I join Race Fans every where in saying Too Cool!! Thanks DEI! We miss you Dale! Will be a hard to find Nascar Collectible.

Action Racing Collectibles and Team Caliber have been purchased by a company called Motorsports Authentics.

Cancelled this line completely. Collectors standby, $100 diecasts are what they want however BadMoon1 pledges to get Nascar diecast for you for less. Just have to pressure the Diecast Mafia some. They don't call us BadMoon1 for nothing!

Action Nascar diecast are still available under the Motorsports Authentics Label, however they are being sold to Authorized Dealers Only! In order to become an authorized dealer BM1 would have to sign a contract with Action to sell their diecasts for $64.99. This price is mandated to dealers. They can not legally discount any 2006 or later release. A dealer also must carry diecasts for drivers such as Reed Sorenson and Jeff Green. No disrespect intended here but you could not sell these diecasts to Reed or Jeff's own family let alone the racing public. Action also wants to tell us what we can and can not put in our store. That is not happening. Signing this Action contract would be suicide for BM1 Racing. Many Nascar shops around the country have folded and closed their doors for this reason. Fear not though, I am able to get limited supplies of the Action diecasts. I have to sidestep the Diecast Police and my source is top secret. I pay a little more than a dealer would but I can still sell them to you for less. $59.99 is the BM1 Racing Price. BM1 beats them all!!!
