At this stage, we had already fiberglassed the inside (sorry, no photos), and we attached the outer gunwales, thwarts and seats.  We belt-sanded the top to a smooth and fair curve before attaching the outer gunwale.  A little more belt sanding after the outer gunwale smoothed it up nicely.
