(must be secured with a
deposit prior to the show)

All show-related fees are due before the trailer departs for the show.

Arrangements for horses to be shown competively by Quail Valley Farm trainers must be made at least one month prior to the show. The horse owner will pay all entry fees, travel & meal expenses, and shipping fees. Only horses that are in an active training program will be shown by Quail Valley Farm trainers.
Coaching at shows is available for riders who show at events that Quail Valley Farm associates are scheduled to attend.
Riders who show their own horses at shows promoted by Quail Valley Farm and who stable with the farm's group of clients will feed, hay, hand-walk, and school their horses on a schedule set-forth by Quail Valley Farm staff.
