To receive "certification" (or your "C" card in divers lingo) you must complete 4 open-water certification dives in addition to the academic and pool session. The certification dives must be completed within 6 months for PADI.

 2011 Open Water Certification Dates are: (2 dives completed each day)

Meet at The SCUBA Shop, 3430 Oakland Street: 9:00am

Park on the South side of Oakland Street. Do NOT park or use a driveway. Any Driveway!!!

Go through the garage - get tanks(2), weight belts, wet suits (10% of your body weight plus 5 l#'s for men 8 #'s for women) and BC and Reg. Exit out of the garage. Do not place wet uits on Concrete or Cars.

What to bring:

1. Have your swim suit on! (unless you are not bashful) (try wet suits on) (practice your toilet traing before arrival - thanks) YES, some one did show up with out a swim suit!

2.Towel, mask, fins, snorkel and BOOTS.

3. Log book, PADI Diver Planner - each of the four dives must be logged and signed by your intructor.

4. Have you car filled with gas!!!! Share a ride with your buddy

5. Water to drink!!!!!!!

Sign up is completed by your payment for the dives. There are no refunds.

Enrollment is limited to the first 8 students for each session.
