Self Defense Moves

Yellow Belt

  1. Left foot forward, left knife hand middle section block. Punch right hand middle section.

 

  1. Left foot forward, left high section block. Right punch to face.

 

  1. Left foot back to fighting stance. Left moon kick. Right front snap kick.

 

Orange Belt

  1. Left foot forward as you go down. Right hand tiger mouth to knee. Right roundhouse to stomach.

 

  1. Left high section block. Right palm to chin as right foot hooks knee.

 

  1. Left high section block. Right hand over and wrap arm. Grab own wrist. Step forward with right foot as bend down.

 

Green Belt

  1. Side stance right foot forward. Palm block with right hand. Left foot back between opponents leg. Left groin strike.

 

  1. Hop out to side stance, right foot forward avoiding punch to left opponent's arm. Hook arms around opponent’s arm.  Twist to the right.

 

  1. Left knife hand middle section block. Can hop on the next two moves to get more power. Right elbow strike to the head. Right backfist to nose (use wrist snap).

 

Blue Belt

  1. Left high section block. Grab opponent's wrist. Right hand grab opponent's arm. Right foot steps forward, go under arms, pull hands down as step back with left foot. Drive into opponent's stomach.

 

  1. Hop out to left of opponent's strike, side stance with left foot forward. Right knife hand block. Left punch side. Right punch side. Left punch face.

 

  1. Right foot back to fighting stance, target kick right foot. Side kick right foot without putting down foot.

 

Purple Belt

  1. Right foot back to fighting stance, target kick right foot, side kick right foot, left reverse side kick.

 

  1. Right foot back to fighting stance, target kick right foot, side kick right foot, left reverse side kick, down on left knee, right foot sweep.

 

  1. Right foot back to fighting stance, target kick right foot, left foot spinning heel kick.

 

 

Red1 Belt

  1. Left foot fighting stance, jumping left foot snap kick (block), while up, right foot front snap kick.

 

  1. Left foot fighting stance, jumping left foot front snap kick (block), while up, right foot round house kick.

 

  1. Side stance left foot forward. Right knife hand block, grab wrist, side kick.

 

Red2 Belt

  1. Side stance left foot forward. Right knife hand block, grab wrist, side kick, hook kick , round house kick.

 

  1. Side stance left foot forward. Right knife hand block, grab wrist, side kick, hook kick,  round house kick, sweep with right foot and roll away.

 

  1. Left foot forward stance, palm block down, right hand grabs back of neck and forces to a right knee strike.

 

Red3 Belt

  1. Right hand block, horse riding stance right foot forward. Left foot comes up as right hand knife to the throat. Right hand backfist to the nose.

 

  1. Left foot forwarding stance, left knife hand block. Step into opponent with right foot, right elbow to stomach, left elbow to chin, right elbow to chin.

 

  1. Side stance right foot forward (45 degree). Left knife hand high section block and right knife hand to throat (same time), right front snap kick.

 

Red and Black Belt

  1. Opponent behind. Turn left foot. Knife hand middle section block, wrap around opponent's arm, grab upper arm. Chin strike right palm as right foot behind knee.

 

  1. Side horse riding stance left foot forward. Block middle section. Right hand grab wrist, round house to stomach, kick back of knee, reverse kick left foot.

 

  1. Horse riding stance right hand block, step back left foot. Groin hit left hand. Right elbow, Step back right. Left hand tiger mouth to neck. Grab shoulders, left knee strike.

 

  1. Left side stance. Left palm block. Step back right foot beside opponent. Right elbow strike to face. Right foot to back of knee, step out. Left hand to back of neck.

 

  1. Left attack. Forwarding stance out. Middle section knife hand block right hand. Grab wrist. Left hand under arm, wrap around as feet step together and with right hand bend elbow behind opponent's back. Left hand grab forearm, release right hand, grab shoulder, right roundhouse to back of knee. Pull shoulder, opponent goes down, step into right forwarding (low) stance. Left punch to the face.

 

 

Black Belt (Tested on 30-40 but should know all Self Defense Moves)

  1. Right foot back fighting stance, pivot so back is to opponent, drop on left knee, right back kick, push with your hands and slide left foot between opponent's feet and right foot on outside of opponents leg. Hook opponent's leg and roll to your right, knocking opponent down, left roundhouse to the back of the head.

 

  1. Left foot fighting stance, right middle section knife hand block. Left knife hand strike to the back of the neck. Right uppercut to opponent's middle section. Step forward with right foot, placing it behind opponent’s leg. Grab opponent's shoulder with right hand and push down. Right punch to face.

 

  1. Left foot fighting stance. Right middle section knife hand block. Left punch to opponent's ribcage. Grab opponent's wrist with right hand, twist left palm under elbow, step back with right foot. Push opponent to the ground. Step left foot over opponent's held arm, push down with left hand while pulling up with right hand.

 

  1. Left foot forward. Left high section block. Grab opponent's wrist. Step forward with right foot, going under opponent's arm. Pull opponent's arm behind his back. Right knife hand strike to the back of opponent's neck. Grab back of opponent's neck and pull down. Right knee strike to the face.

 

  1. Wide right forwarding stance, ducking left punch, as you come up, block right punch with left hand middle section block. Grab wrist. Step in front and to the side of opponent with ‑ right foot. Strike opponent with right elbow to the rib cage. Slide left foot back between you and opponent, while bringing opponent's arm behind his back. Left foot strike to the back of the knee bringing left foot to rest beside opponent.  Release his wrist. Step forward with right foot and strike head with left palm.

 

  1. Left foot cat stance, left knife hand middle section block. Right hand at chest. Grab opponent's wrist with left hand. Step in with left foot. Right hand groin strike. With right hand, grab back of opponent's knee. Spread opponent's wrist and knee apart, adjust left foot toward opponent, spin and kick opponent's face with right foot.

 

  1. Step with right foot forward side stance, right palm block. Left foot back between opponent's legs. Left elbow strike to ribs. Reach down and grab opponent's leg with both hands knocking him down. Left foot strike to opponent's left thigh. Right foot strike to opponent's left shoulder. Jump up, left knee strike to groin, right punch to opponent's face.

 

  1. Left foot cat stance, left knife hand middle section block, right hand at chest. Left front snap kick. Finish kick in a left foot fighting stance. Right middle section punch. Right high section punch.
  2. Right foot forward side stance. Right hand palm block. Right backfist to nose. Right foot step out into a fighting stance. Left middle section punch. Slide left foot up to right foot. Left hand grabs own right fist. Right elbow strike to opponent's face.

 

  1. Right foot forward 45 degrees out. Left hand middle section block. Grab opponent's wrist with left hand. Left foot kick to the back of opponent's knee, while right hand palm strike to opponent's chin. Right foot front snap heel kick.

 

  1. Left foot forward back stance. Left knife hand middle section block. Right hand at chest. Left foot step forward into fighting stance, pushing opponent's arm away. Left knife hand strike to opponent's neck. Right elbow strike to the face, bring elbow back with another strike. Upper cut with the elbow. Jump into the air and come down with a right elbow strike.

 

41. Step up with right foot wide forwarding stance, ducking to the left and circling to the right, as coming up left knife hand block. Bring left foot up behind opponent's left foot. Grab opponent's rib cage with left hand. Grab opponent's shoulder with right hand. Spin opponent down to the ground. Right knee to the face.
