Rates
include pre-arrival cleaning and preparation. All rates are in
US$ and subject to a 9% Government Tax.
A
50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with balance due 14
days prior to arrival.
Cancellations less than 2 months prior to arrival In Season and
less than 3 weeks for Off Season will result in the full loss
of deposit unless the unit can be rented for the period. In that
case, the deposit will be refunded less US$50.00 cancel fee.
Payments may be made with Personal checks (with sufficient time),
Certified Bank Checks drawn on a US Bank, Money Orders or credit
cards (Mastercard, Visa).
