Nexus Technologies is a high-tech electronic engineering design firm, specializing in electronic product innovation and development.

Nexus needed to automate the manufacturing process; everything from receiving components to testing and shipping.

Intellicode provided a solution which automates all processes including scanning of products and inventory management using a Microsoft Access database. TCP/IP Ethernet communications with a Linux host are implemented for product testing. And, an integral customer database tracks products even in the field.

This solution not only speeds up the manufacturing process, but allows Nexus to track all aspects of the product cycle.
