Ottumwa Heights College
Ottumwa Heights College, destroyed by fire 1957Originally known as St. Joseph Junior College, the college was founded in 1925 by the Congregation of the Humility of Mary. on a 126-acre site in northeast Ottumwa. It shared a building, constructed between 1907 - 1912, with St. Joseph Academy and the motherhouse of the Congregation of the Humility of Mary Name changed to Ottumwa Heights College in 1930.
