I WAS THERE!

What a night this was!

Van der Graaf's first concert together since 1977. The place was buzzing with anticipation, both from the band and the audience.
It was rumoured that several "friends of the band" were there including Roy Harper, Tony Banks of Genesis and a few others.
For me, seeing this band was a dream come true. And to see them in London on a warm clear evening was just absolute magic!

Hampshire Jam 6.

October 20, 2007 at the Millenium Hall in Liphook, England.

Once again, my travels to England led me to a concert.
This time, a great Electronic Music Festival held in the village of Liphook called Hampshire Jam.

Although all the performers were amazing, Volt and Free System Projekt were the main reasons I wanted to see this festival.

The Blue Ridge Parkway is one of America's best known roads.

Known for it's scenic beauty and abundance of wildlife, the parkway is visited by millions of people each year.

We spend a lot of time on the BRP during the warmer months.
Hiking, picnics, photo shoots, leaf looking, bicycling and motorcycling are but a few of our pastimes along this great road.

Our house sits on a wonderfully wooded and private piece of land where Deer, Horses, Cattle and all manner of wildlife like to visit.

"The Hill."

The Hill is a great part of our yard.

It is a notorious place where weddings, parties, cookouts, gatherings, massive fireworks displays, Basset Hounds running for cover, tons of laughter and other forms of debauchery have been committed every summer since 1992.

Never a dull moment on The Hill!
