Joshua Meyer began ministry at First Baptist Church in November of 2000. Joshua is joined in ministry at the church by his wife Jocelyn; they were married in October of 2002. In November of 2002 Joshua became the Director of Youth Ministry. A native of Clinton, Joshua has earned his A. A. degree from Clinton Community College and is pursuing his B. A. at Judson College in Elgin, IL. Rise Up Youth Ministry was launched in the fall of 2002 here at First Baptist Church. Joshua has also been the coordinator of Rise Up At The River, a Christian music festival held in Clinton in 2001 and 2002.
