A Resolution concerning the Forodrim

Proposed by His Grace the Duke of Numenor, Regent

WHEREAS the Forodrim continue admirably to maintain the cause of His August Majestie's governments in exile, and

WHEREAS this present Council-General recognizes the strong bonds of friendship and common purpose that link His August Majestie's governments,

Now Therefore Be it resolved by the Peers of the Realms and other Representatives of the true and faithful subjects of His August Majestie the King of Gondor and Arnor in Council-General assembled that this Council-General once again sends fraternal greetings to the High Council of the Forodrim and the subjects of His August Majestie under their jurisdiction.
