A Resolution concerning Beyond Bree

Proposed by His Grace the Duke of Numenor, Regent

WHEREAS Dame Nancy Martsch, a Dame of the Most Excellent Order of Elbereth, who sat in the Twenty-Seventh Council-General as Representative of the Seventh Administrative Area, continues her public service in the publication of Beyond Bree, the newsletter of the Tolkien Special Interest Group of American Mensa, and

WHEREAS the aforesaid publication has led in turn to the series of sucessful Breemoots,

Now Therefore Be it resolved by the Peers of the Realms and other Representatives of the true and faithful subjects of His August Majestie the King of Gondor and Arnor in Council-General assembled that this Council-General once again commends the said Dame Nancy Martsch for her civic-mindedness and devotion, and sends fraternal greetings to the readers of Beyond Bree.
