**ALL CONTESTANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER.  IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, A PARENT’S SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.  WAIVERS WILL BE SIGNED BEFORE COMPETITION BEGINS ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

 

**IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL ENTRANTS PARTICIPATE IN ALL 9 EVENTS LISTED ON THE ENTRY FORM.  IF YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN ALL 9 EVENTS FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE TOURNAMENT.

 

**ENTRANTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING AT ALL EVENTS.  EVENT INFORMATION WILL BE ADVISED TO ALL ENTRANTS BEFORE THE COMPETITION BEGINS.
