I saw this panel delivery at the entrance to the show area, and I tried to get the lady who owned it to trade for my Corvette roadster, but she wouldn't.

This is the fast delivery UPS truck with VERY loud headers.

Tour participants had an opportunity to line up for a parade lap at Indy.

The parade lap was interesting, in that I have been on dirt tracks with steeper banking.

Dave Zuberer checking out a traditional hot rod.

In Muskegon MI, we talked to people who will make a c1 mated to a c5, or a c3 to a c6.

This nailhead is the lowest of the low.

I guess that this top glows in the dark.

The work on this truck is an art form.

The Eaton corporate SSR has the best paint combination I have ever seen.

A sleeper from a bygone era with an L88.

This is a huge stereo diguised as a Buick.

On display: my all time favorite Super Stock Automatic.

On this trip, I did not need help from the GM "medics" who help anyone that asks.

Welcome to Metropolis! (Illinois)

Hot and humid Chattanooga got me taking a break behind the wheel with the A-C running.
That's when Corvette Forum member Grey Ghost saw me and took this picture.

Having Bowling Green, home of the Corvette Museum, as a tour stop seemed to double the relative number of Corvettes on the trip. Photo op in Bowling Green

One scene from the Corvette Museum

One view of the hundreds of great street rods in Springfield IL......
