There are all sorts of good reasons to get a 20-miler in this weekend: (1) Kick-off the spring marathon training cycle, (2) pre-emptive strike against potential overeating over the holidays and (3) some of us have been slacking of late.  Okay, those are just my own personal reasons for why I want everyone else to run a 20-miler.  I'll probably only get one loop in for sure, then re-evaluate based upon how I feel.  Stock your car with fluids for the half-way point.
