Route: Tayside Tempo (modified)

PLEASE NOTE: if you are looking at the map, we are starting at a different location than what is shown on the map. This run will start and end at the Forum-MKT parking lot and will begin by going up Forum towards Stadium. The rest of the run will follow the route as mapped.

Please keep in mind that there will be runners meeting at Rock Bridge Elementary to run the Heart of America route this Saturday. Our route will be much tamer as we run all over southwest Columbia on a modified version of the Tayside 22 route. Water will be available at miles 7, 13 and 16. Regardless of which route you choose to run, you will be challenged (especially if you chose to run the Parley Pratt race the day before).

State of the Asylum Address

We had a large contingent of runners start out last weekend, which included Phil, Dale, Dan, Sam, Andrew, Kurt, Destiny, Hugh, Andy, John, Lori, Melanie, Darrin and Brett. We ran the West End route for the second time and though I don't care for running on the trail all that much, it does provide some shade at the end of the run which is nice for some of these summer runs.
