Utah, home of the mighty Green River proved to be a place of challenging relaxation. The trip was packed with excitment and doubts, afterall, a new member was joining the elite team of Woody, Sherpa, Bionic Man, and Iron Chef. Each day was packed with beautilful sights and each night was embrased with visions. We caught rainbows, cutbows, browns and other species. The surprise of the trip was Swamp Creek, proudly named by team member River Stimpy. Swamp Creek proved to be some of the most unique fishing with yet the most interesting scenery. The trip included friendly visits from camp deer and the rare spotting of a young moose. Sherpa led the wave down the Green River and was Mr. Columbus himself as he navigated through the tight turns and massive rocks. Fishing was challenging and brought the best out of the more experienced members like Bionic Man. We ended the trip with a beautiful, relaxing day in high river streams. Acting like children in the playground we hiked and fished to our desires. Utah will be a trip to remember and an adventure for all.
