Dean

House Chef

Dean has been cooking up Rock N Roll longer than he would like to admit, however his experience is vital in serving up the dishes that have made him a staple in the Quad City Music Scene. His positivity and organizational skills have made the opening of the Karry Outz a complete success thus far. Always looking to add newer songs to the menu, Dean prides himself on his ability to stay ahead of the game and deliver that good down home style of Rock n Roll guitar that makes your hands clap and toes tap. Dean is the Karry Outz’s Top Musical Chef and rightly so.

Barmaid /Hostess

Before joining the Karry Outz, Kelli was under instruction and tutelage of Top Chef Dean for a number of years. Mixing a variety of musical drinks and flavors, she has come into her own and is rapidly becoming a force within the band. Her personality is just as bubbly as the musical beverages she so eloquently serves up. Kelli can be found on the stage, behind the soundboard or up at the bar, the latter is usually where you can find her. Sweet and spicy just like a fine Bloody Mary, Kelli delivers raw energy guaranteed to liven up any room! “Stop it Mister you’re scaring me!”

Jerry

Baker / Confections

Can’t have the Rock without the roll and Jerry is our resident baker of the sweetest rolls you will ever hear. Each time signature is baked to precise perfection then peppered with the sweetness of rhythmic beats that will leave you wanting more. Jerry takes the simplest of recipes that he learned in his younger days at the infamous Yankee Clipper Super Club and creates a rustic old-time feel to each dish he serves up. If you have a sweet tooth for the beat and love to groove, Jerry is the treat that compliments the main course.

Maître D'

Standing in the background and keeping a calm presence is Rich, aka Mr. Chips. Rich makes sure everything that will be served on stage meets the requirements and expectations of our patrons. Paying close attention to the details of the menu, Rich has a passion to do things right and to do them over and over until they are flawless. When adding ingredients to a new item on the menu Rich makes sure that each item is favorable and plated up in a fashion that is exquisite without being overly done. Carrying the bottom end of the band is a tough and sometimes thankless job but someone has to be the grown up here at the Rock N Roll Diner.

Mark

Sous-Chef de Musical

After retiring as a busboy / dishwasher for several local bands throughout the years, Mark found it much easier to plug in his talents where needed and when needed. The years of experience have paid off after a well deserved break to work on his culinary musical skills. Mark serves it up old school with a dash of spice and a pinch or sweetness with his riffs. Melting it like butter and sautéed to perfection, Mark’s riffs cut to the soul just like a good spicy Texas chili with a side of corn bread. He is the part of the “Guitar Twins” that prepares the ingredients and the table for a solid twin guitar attack that’s plated up for your enjoyment.
