Submitting a manuscript by email is typically easier and faster for most writers. However,

because I hesitate to open email attachments without knowing who they're from and what they contain,

please begin by copying and pasting the entire information form (instructions below) into the body of an email

and answering all questions.

Then attach your chapters/submitted material to the email

as Word or WordPerfect documents.

Your documents will be returned to you with Leigh's margin notes, along with a letter of evaluation.
