| Tel Quen History:
Born in the shadow realms of Kree`El`Ik the Tel Quen left
the Shadow Rifts to escape the annihilation of their
entire race from beings called Shadow Carn. With only a
few thousand of their race remaining the Tel Quen settled
in the deep caverns of the underdark to slowly repopulate
their race hidden from all to view keeping their race
secret. After 1200 years of peaceful regrowth they were
discovered by a large band of dark dwarves in which
ensued in a 73 year war of which both races had heavy
losses. After a truce was called forth the Tel Quen
slowly revealed themselves to the surface lands of which
unlike their neighbors the Dark Dwarves and Dark Elves
whom sought war only.
Personality: In general the Tel Quen are
a peaceful race until crossed attempting to give others a
chance though they are wary about Dark dwarves.
Physical Description: Tel Quen are tall
sleek figures usually ranging from 5'0 to 6'3 tall and
typically weighing 120 to 220 pounds for males and
females 4'8 to 6'0 tall being 85 to 140 pounds. Tel Quen
have a silken blue/black fur and a 3 foot long prehensile
tail that ends in a point if which is extremely strong
and often used to trip others or hang upside down from
from things. Their eyes are deep hues of yellow, green,
blue, red, lavender, purple and orange. They prefer
simple clothing and wear little to no footwear often
preferring to have total free movement for their feet
which are used for climbing and scaling walls. The hands
of a Tel Quen have 3 flexible fingers and a opposing
thumb while the feet have flexible toes and heel. Often
other races find the Tel Quen to be mysterious until the
get to know them personally.
Relations: Currently the only race that
they are having negations with are the dark dwarves of
which they have a wary peace treaty with after what they
considered a long war.

Tel quen Lands: The Tel Quen homeland is
in the underdark though now tel quen are found throughout
the lands now.

- Skills bonus's: 2 racial bonus on Listen, Search,
and Spot checks. +4 on hide and movesilently.
- Vision: 60 foot infrared
- Immunities: None
- Automatic languages: Tel Quen, Dwarven, Common
- Teleport ability gained at level 10 at a distance
of 15 feet. Every 5 levels afterwards Tel Quen
can teleport 5 feet further. (IE lvl 15
teleportion of 20 feet, level 20 teleportion of
25 feet and so on.
They Can teleport through solid walls and items
if they have a clear line of sight or they know
the surroundings.
