A Guide To Slavery

All those wishing to engage in Slavery, please note this is a consensual channel. OOC dialogue is highly recommended in this arrangement.

(Note: All of the following is, of course, a guide to In Character (IC) play, and shouldn't be taken into account outside of play in IC in the real world. A male Dom is used as an example in the document, along with a female slave, but the Mistresses and male subs shouldn't be dissuaded by this in the least! So his/her and she/he are used interchangeably in your play. This is also a modified version of a slave contract that was found on a search.

Introduction

By becoming a slave it is agreed that subject gives up all rights to her own person in every manner, and that the Owner takes entire possession of slave as property, claiming for Himself her life, her body, her mind, heart and soul, and her future.

The slave's Role

The slave will obey and submit completely to Master in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may willfully refuse to obey the will or whim of Master.

The intelligent slave also realizes that from the moment of capture till the handing over of her leash, that her body belongs to her Master, to be used as the Master wishes.

All of the slave's former possessions likewise belong to Master, including all carried items, money, and anything the slave may have access to anywhere else in the world, to take or leave as He sees fit.

The slave knows that she is to please Master to the best of her ability, in that she now exists solely for the pleasure of her Master, and that she will seek to learn how to please her Master better, to the utmost of her abilities, then she will push herself harder.

The slave understands that all that she has, and all that she does, is no longer a right but a privilege, granted only as He wishes, and only to the extent that He finds useful.

Slaves will protect their Owners to the best of their ability, any infringement of this gives the Owner the right to punish the slave as He/She sees fit.

The slave's Behavior: General

The slave will strive diligently to remold her body, appearance, habits, and attitudes in accordance with Master's desires. The slave will be eager to change her actions, speech, and dress to express the ownership. She will always speak of her Master in terms of respect, and address Him appropriately (e.g.: "Master", "Sir", "Keeper", etc.) without fail as her Master has instructed.

The slave renounces all rights to privacy or concealment from Master. This includes, in any situation, being used and displayed in any manner Master sees fit.

The slave agrees to confess all of slave's desires and secret yearnings for the Master's consideration.

The slave will answer truthfully and completely, to the best of the slave's knowledge, any and all questions Master may ask of the slave. She will volunteer any information her Master should know about her physical or emotional condition.

The slave shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and availability of all toys. None of which shall be used without the express permission of Master.

The slave is responsible for maintenance and completion of all household chores. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: cooking all meals (including preparing food for Master and any guests), cleaning, clothes washing and maintenance, running errands

Slaves must be aware that their behavior will draw consequences and any Free person's status is at any time higher than theirs.

The slave's Dress/Body/Appearance

The slave shall diligently maintain and adorn her body in such manner as will ensure that she is fully open and available to Master at all times, whether in public or in private.

The slave shall never close nor cross her legs in Master's presence.

The slave shall never wear undergarments at any time, and shall cover no part of her body with apparel or material of any description without express permission of her Master.

The slave shall keep her body clean-shaven.

The slave shall keep her hair cut, styled, and dyed as directed by Master.

The slave shall keep her fingers and toenails painted and maintained as directed by Master.

Master has the right to tattoo, pierce, or brand slave's body.

The slave will wear, at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, her Owners collar.

Master's Role

Master accepts the responsibility of slave's body and worldly possessions, to do with as He sees fit. He agrees to care for, protect, and arrange for the safety and well-being of the slave. Master also accepts the commitment to train the slave, punish the slave, and use the slave as He sees fit.

Punishment

The slave eagerly accepts any punishment Master decides to inflict, whether earned or not. The slave knows that severe punishment may be given for any behavioral infraction of her position as property, and will accept the correction gratefully. The form and extent of the punishment shall be at the Master's pleasure. He may punish her without reason to please Himself. The slave enjoys the right to cry, scream, or beg, but knows that these heartfelt expressions will not affect her treatment. Further, she accepts that if her Master tires of her noise, He may gag her or take other actions to silence her. (NOTE: Punishment will be that which the Channel Rules and guidelines adhear to including those of bondage.com. No exceptions.)

Other People

The slave may not seek any other Master or lover, without Master's permission. To do so is considered misbehavior, and will result in punishment or termination.

Master will take other slaves or lovers at His whim, and the slave will welcome these others as "part of the family".

The slave agrees that her Master possesses the right to determine whether others can use her body and to what use they may put it. The slave has no say in the choice of these other partners.

Master may opt to whore His slave to others, in which case the slave will take money or another form of payment from people in return for becoming their temporary slave (in such a case the Master's rules are to be obeyed above all others, but the temporary Owner may use the slave as and how they wish otherwise). Money received in this manner belongs to the Master.

Termination of Ownership

The slavery may be sold, given away, freed or terminated at any time by Master, the slave has no say in any decisions concerning her future in any matter. Upon such an ending, all materials and belongings shall belong to Master, to be shared or kept as He sees fit. For the peace in the channel those ending a Master/slave ownership shall do so in channel without malice. Any conversation otherwise should be OOC. Slaves With Weapons

A slave may not raise a weapon to anyone except for the following situations:

1. To protect themselves
2. To protect their owner
3. At the orders of their owner
4. At the order of a law enforcement agent

The slave's Words

"I fully understand slavery in its entirety. I will give everything I own to my Master, and further accept His claim of ownership over my body, heart, soul, and mind. I understand that I will be commanded and trained and punished as property, and I promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of my Master, and serve Him to the best of my abilities and beyond. I understand that I have no options in my position as His slave."

Master's Words

"I fully understand slavery in its entirety. I agree to accept this slave as my property, body and possessions. I shall provide for her well-being and protect, command her, train her, and punish her as a property."
