History-The Regar is an ancient race long hidden by the shrouds of the sea. Their regal ancestry marks back ages claiming to be the first of the races to spring forth from Seecras womb. They are a militant and regal race, but now are not seen as much more than savage beasts, due to constant fights for dominance amongst themselves and other catlike races, despite most attempts to blend into the society thrust on them. You can find the Regar just about anywhere now plying their trade in an attempt to make it in the vast world revealed to them. They have been hidden by the sea for many years, finally discovered by the exploration ships of the Queen Swannoch's empire 10 years ago. They are also noted as the inventors of the pipe and the art of smoking. Tobacco and hemp are the only grown crops of the Regar and also one of their largest exports. The females of the Regar are pretty much treated as slaves. Owned by the family till they are mated in which ownership of the females papers are held by her mate. There are female Regar warriors who are treated as males and essentially free but even then despite the fact they are considered as good as a male they must carry their papers declaring them a Rellatash at all times. The Regar were not the only race found on their continent, their numbers are still slightly depleted from the war over dwindling lands unable to support both races. The Dreeshan(panther men) in the end lost the war and were slaughtered. It is believed the Regar in genocide killed out every last one of the Dreeshan to allow the continuance of their own race.
