	NEW Illuminator HD	ILLUMINATOR HD ProSeries - Brinkmann Legend 2AA cell flashlight modified with 1W Lambertian Luxeon LED and DC/DC regulator. Illuminator HD - Internal Pro Series DC/DC regulator circuit maintains constant brightness over the life of the batteries (see run time chart below). Operates on 2 ordinary AA alkaline cells (or NiMh/NiCd rechargeables); no need to waste money on expensive lithium batteries. Uses a select white HD Luxeon LED which insures maximum brightness. Features a replaceable glass front lens window, precision cut reflector, o-ring seals and locking tail cap switch. The improved DC/DC regulator has brighter output, longer battery life, cooler operation and a low battery reduced light Survival Mode. This is a very bright flashlight with an excellent beam profile that won't leave you in total darkness when the batteries run down. These lights may operate the internal electronics beyond their published design limits for both voltage, current and temperature.

	Illuminator HD greatly increases the peak beam power resulting in a small flashlight with powerful throw to its beam. More than twice as bright as the standard Illuminator, the Illuminator HD makes the perfect replacement for much larger popular flashlights that can't even produce as much light. If you've ever wanted an Illuminator with more throw than the original Illuminator with NX05 optic, this is the flashlight for you. Some very select Luxeons with pure white to light blue/white tint combine with a ProSeries regulator to create the brightest 2AA flashlight available.
	The reflector gives the Illuminator HD a beam closer to traditional flashlights in shape, but much brighter and whiter than is possible with incandescent bulbs. No guessing about spill light as shown in this photo, ample side spill light lets you see up close, and the intense center spot lights up what is in the distance.
	Also available orange peel sputtered reflector for perfect smooth beam with no artifacts. Useful when the flashlight will be used for critical inspections for cracks and other flaws, or when a perfectly smooth beam profile is desired. Softens the edges of the center spot and increases spill light for a picture perfect beam. Optionally available at no charge; just request the sputtered reflector when ordering.
