Here is a great way to track your losses (or gains) It requires Microsoft Excel but I have found it an excellent way to measure my progress.

Calculate your BMI (body mass index) New 3/3/05 this is a calculation that considers your height and weight . If your BMI is between 19 and 25 your weight is in the healthy range:
