On October 8, 2005, Flotilla 87 hosted a banquet for Jack's family, where they were presented with a U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Lifetime Achievement Award in his memory. The event took place at "The Drake" in Burlington. Two photos taken at the event are below:
