Personal information about the cell phone should never be given to strangers or even talked about in crowded situations.  You never know who might be listening.

Text Box: KText Box: There is a new nonlethal weapon being developed for police and security agencies by California based Intelligent Optical Systems.  It is called a “LEDI”, for LED Incapacitator.  It looks like a flashlight, and uses bright light emitting diodes that when shined into the eyes, prevents them from focusing for several seconds, much like what happens when a flash bulb goes off in your face. It already has been named Text Box: the “Puke Saber”, due to the effects of it’s pulsating lights. The advantage of this device over others is that there are no lasting effects and unlike some of the pepper sprays, no collateral damage to your fellow officers.  No extra expense involved either.  The LEDI comes with rechargeable batteries and a charger.  It will eventually be used by law enforcement and security forces after testing is
