Text Box: I know, late again. I’ve got more excuses this month. We took a trip to Cabo San Lucas in March. Had a wonderful time with family, caught some nice fish, enjoyed shopping, eating and just a little partying. Also, we really enjoyed leaving the cold and snow of Iowa to spend some time in the sun with temps in the 90’s, and cool breezes off of the ocean. I got sick after we returned. It seems I caught a cold on the flight to Mexico, and after cooking all week, it came back with a vengeance after we got home. I was just thankful that it waited until we returned. First time I’ve been down sick for some time. All better now.
