Snickerdoodles |
| 1. Cream together in a large mixing bowl | ||
| 3/4 Cup Sugar | ||
| 1/2 Cup Margarine | ||
| 2. Sift together on a piece of waxed paper & add to above mixture. | ||
| 1 Cup plus 6 tbsp. - flour | ||
| 1 tsp. - cream of tarter | ||
| 1/2 tsp. soda | ||
| 1/4 tsp. salt | ||
| 3. Mix with wooden spoon until well blended. | ||
| 4. Shape dough into small balls the size of walnuts. | ||
| 5. Roll in sugar cinnamon mixture = 1/4 Cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon | ||
| 6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet about an inch apart. | ||
| 7. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 min. | ||
