Scalloped Corn
1- 17 oz. can creamed corn

1 Cup milk

1 well beaten egg

1 Cup cracker crumbs

1/4 Cup chopped onions

3 Tb. chopped canned pimiento

3/4 tsp. salt

1/2 Cup buttered crumbs

Mix all  together and  top with buttered crumbs, bake till golden brown.
