Hungarian Goulash

 1 pound stew beef

1 clove garlic

2 onions

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 bouillon cubes

2 cups boiling water

2 cups diced potatoes

Cut meat into 1 inch cubes & brown in a little hot fat

Add minced garlic, sliced onions, seasonings & bouillon cubes dissolved in hot water.

Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours.

Add 1 cup hot water & potatoes cut in 3/4 cubes

Cook 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.

Season to taste & thicken if necessary.
