To book Mr. Fletcher's band for your event, first see if your date is booked on the calendar page.  Then see my rates below.  Finally, email me with your details or call me.  Even if I am booked or didn't list the date as AVAILABLE contact me anyway incase I had a cancellation and haven't updated.  It can and has happened.

Standard Rate:
For shows located up to 45 miles from Columbia:
Single Show Venue Bookings          $100.00
Private Events or Parties                  $100.00
Holiday Weekend Standard Rates    $130.00
New Years Eve                                $175.00
I charge the same for a 4 hour show with 3 breaks, which I rarely take, or for a 1 hour show.  Although I exaggerate about this a bit, I like to say "I enjoy playing so much that I play for free and I charge for the marketing, getting there and back, setting up and taking down the equipment, and the equipment wear and tear.

MILEAGE RATE - Adjusted for 45 Miles Out From Columbia:  A General Rule of Thumb for Fee:  $2.00 per mile One Way.  (Example:  60 miles = $120.00)  For events and venues farther than 100 to 130 miles we can work something out. 

MEALS and DRINKS are usually included where available and applicable. (Note: I usually drink colas when I play but once in a while I may have a beer.)

LODGING - For events ending late and requiring long drives, lodging or an allowance for lodging may also be required.

Introductory Limited Time Offer for Multi-Booking for Business Venues:  For a limited initial time only, while I try to establish and build a long-term relation, I offer this special introductory rate.  Intended for introducing the show to business venues with strong potential for long term business relations. It must be taken advantage of during the first couple bookings or rates revert to the standard rate.  Take advantage early. 

NOTE!!  HOLIDAY WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS SPECIAL OFFER.  Christmas and Holiday gift certificates for shows are available. 

For new venues, choose ONE TIME ONLY from the following limited time introductory rates based on the 45 mile / Standard Rate:
-  1 Booking Standard Rate -    $100.00
-  2 Bookings -    $90.00    (SAVE $20.00)
-  3 Bookings -    $85. 00  (SAVE $45.00)

-  1 Single Very Special Introductory First Show Rate for only $50.00 and then revert to Standard Rate of $100.00.

NOTE:  These special rates are still to be adjusted for mileage and lodging. meals and drinks.  Holidays are excluded from special limited offer.
