MCKAIG (MCKEG, MCKEAGUE) - LUDLAM - HAND

Looking for any information on the ancestry of the Rev. George McKaig (1789-1879), who married Sarah Ludlam Hand (1797-1887), widow of Seth Hand (1794-1822). Sarah had three children, James Ludlam, Jeremiah and Abigail, from her marriage to Seth, and six children, Martha Ann, Amanda, William Henry, Sarah Jane, Charles Pittman and Henrietta, from her marriage to George.

Hello, cousins with roots in the Cape May area. Thomas YATES & wife Phebe (SMITH?) resided Cape May in 1801, removed to Miami Co., OH, where he died in 1823. Large family in Ohio, including son Johnathan L. Yates, b. ca. 1786, NJ; died 1830, Miami Co., OH. Allied families include Moses FRAZEE of Westfield, NJ; Samuel Ayres ROSS of NJ and OH. My husband's Cape May line is David CRAMER and family, including daughter Anna "Amy" CRAMER, who married Peter Samuel JORDAN at Cape May, 7 October 1815. This Cramer/Jordan couple removed to MO.

ROBINSON

I have a full family tree back to 1738 and the marriage of William Robinson to Phoebe Young, later on, in 1754 he was married to Rhoda Corson. I am trying to find out where william came from. We as a family have no Idea where we originated. Sweeden or England? There is a mention of a Uriah in the same area and time as william but no way of knowing if was a relative. Any info would be greatly appreciated since my father is 74 & good health we would love to finish this family quest.

HIGGINS - NEWTON

I am looking for a Hannah NEWTON, possibly born in Scotland sometime around 1800 give or take 10-20 years. I have found a Hannah Hewton on a 1795 census of Cape May Co, NJ but don't know if this is the one. The one I am looking for married Wiley G. HIGGINS (poss emmigrant from Ireland). Date or place of marriage unknown. Only known child is Hannah M. Higgins b 4/28/1833 (by tombstone) in either GA, NC, or SC (location is reasonably deffinite). The daughter married Oscar F. Peek in Macon Co, GA and the couple moved to Madison Co, FL. Any information will be appreciated.
