Welcome to the Gary, Indiana, Edison High School reunion website. We are using this site for additional spreading of the word of the arrangements. There is a list of people who have replied as well as a list of contacts who are doing the planning and how to get in touch with them.
Reunion Information:- The Reunion itself will be at the Ambassador Banquet Hall on Saturday,
September 13, 2008. It will begin at 5:30 PM with a cocktail hour, so
we can mingle and talk. It is located on Route #6 and Route #51 in Hobart,
Indiana, right behind the new Paragon Restaurant in the shopping center
called Cornerstone Plaza. (click on

- Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
- Soft music and some entertainment by a few of our alumni friends
will take place after dinner. (More information will follow in the Reunion
information we mail out.)
- On September 12, 2008 there will be a casual get-together at the
lovely River Pointe Country Club, located at 6700 Country Club Road
in Hobart, Indiana. A map and directions will be included in the reunion
information that will be sent out in early November of this year, 2007.

- A representative from each class will send a list of classmates
that we could not find with your Reunion information. Please let us
know if you have a mailing address (even a post office box) for any
of these alumni. We would like this Reunion to be a huge success.
- The cost for the Reunion is $60.00 per person. It includes the get-together
at the River Pointe Country Club and the Reunion at the Ambassador Banquet
Hall. Those of us that are working on making arrangements have already
paid our (and our spouses), $60.00 each to pay the down payments on
each hall. If anyone would like to send in their money early, we would
be able to buy stamps and other materials to send out invitations in
November, and to make other arrangements for your pleasure. Checks should
be made out to Edison Reunion and sent out to the representative for
each class.
