West Union Covered Bridge 1876 WGN 14-61-27 Map Quest Location
CR 525 W., north of West Union, IN.
County records show that J. J. Daniels built two other bridges at this
site before he built this 315 foot 2 span bridge. His third bridge has withstood
the ravages of time and floods for over a hundred years.
It was bypassed in 1964
This is a Burr Arch construction bridge, and crosses the Sugar Creek
And is on the National Register of Historical Places. 1978
