July 2000 - present
This is my no holds dream kit. It's everything I ever wanted and whatever I now desire. I tested out just about every drum kit out there before settling on this guy. I built the kit one piece at a time from the ground up ensuring quality and no compromises along the way. It is my pride and joy. Besides Tama original percussion instruments it features electronics for sampling and a totally custom rack. The Sabian cymbal is a prototype I got from the Vault tour. The small snare drum is a drum I built thinking I would start a business building drums with an innovative finishing technique. I also have developed drums sticks with a special coating that was to make the sticks last longer. Neither venture seemed to be commercially viable to the extent I'd desire. I plan to keep playing this kit for some time.
