The Dream Chaser Inn offers four beautiful,
luxurious bedrooms, all with a different theme. Two rooms have private bath options. We
also offer a large community bath with
Jacuzzi tub, a bathroom overflowing with luxury, and overlooks the pool and deck. Each room has its own level of
comfort to satisfy any Dream Chaser guest.
There are three parlors at the Inn. We
encourage our guests to use the whole house during their stay . We have
a people friendly atmosphere. The main
Guest Parlor, complete with plush furniture, satellite TV, and a mini library
is located on the second floor near all guest rooms. The Reading Parlor
downstairs has an old Florida atmosphere where you may relax with a newspaper
or read your favorite novel and listen to soft music on the old 50 ‘s antique
radio. The Sports Parlor is located downstairs at the back part of the
house. Here the 36 inch screen TV with satellite sports stations is
ready and waiting for the sports enthusiast who cannot miss that special
football/basketball game or NASCAR race. This room is complete with
plush leather furniture and plenty of room to enjoy the game!
For those who enjoy the wonderful Florida
outdoors in the winter or summer months, there are two porches to sip your
coffee or have Happy Hour appetizers. The Inn has a beautiful heated
pool located off The After Deck at the back side of the house. The
heated pool area has a privacy fence, lounge furniture and sun or shade to
suit your fancy. We have Happy Hour from 3 PM to 5PM, serving wine or
beer and appetizers for our guests. A romantic evening dinner is
offered at an additional price. Reservations must be made in advance. A
full home-cooked breakfast is served
family style in the dining room each morning from 9:00-10:00 ( we can serve
earlier by request). Coffee, tea, and juice are set out by 7:00 for the early
bird guests. There are many things to so in the area. The
St. Johns River is minutes away and
has many quaint resorts with dining and bar facilities. The local
restaurants are in walking distance from the Inn. Crescent City is two blocks
away and has a great dock to stroll by the
lake or take a chance of catching one of our famous big mouth bass.
Beautiful Lake Stella is just across the street from the Inn. It is a wonderful place to watch the sunset, watch the idle life of
bird island, watch the bass jumping
playfully in the water, or watch an occasional reptile peeking at you
from a distance.
