The Bishop Photographs

Here are several photographs I found in two old albums that belonged to my mother. I think she got these from her mother after she passed away. The albums were in the house my father shared with his second wife, Lois, in Keller, Texas.

Clayton Bishop, left; Luther Wirt Bishop, right.

Coal mining days.  Brothers, Joseph Mosco "Moss" Bishop, left, and Luther Wirt Bishop, right, on the front porch in Switzer, West Virginia. I originally thought the miner on the left was my great grandfather Clayton Lon Bishop; however, my sixth cousin, Henry Bishop, identified him as his grandfather, Moss. Henry also told me his Moss' first name was Joseph, not James.
