Miscellaneous Photographs (Page Two)

The photographs on this page were all taken somewhere on post.

Construction of MAC-V Headquarters. Vietnam 1967.

I'm not sure, but this may be MAC-V Headquarters under construction.

Truck wash. Vietnam 1967.

This could be the water hole where we washed our trucks. I remember there was a large gravel bar we would just drive on to. I only washed my truck once because afterwards a bunch of oil leaks showed up. I think the the crud that coated the power train kept the leaks at bay.

Bien Hoa ammo dump. Vietnam 1967.

Long Binh ammo dump, I think.

POL suppy point. Vietnam 1967.

My father was a pretty good photographer, and I always wanted to be one, too. As you can tell from the "artsy" shot, I didn't make it. This is looking out the passenger side window on my M49C diesel tanker at the POL dump at Long Binh.
