I took this and the following picture while driving by the Bien Hoa airport. I was on the road that ran just east of the air port. The U-2 flew over the road. |

AC-47 (aka Puff the Magic Dragon). This was the only time I saw an AC-47 during the day. Once or twice during Tet, we heard the roar of the minigun and saw the wavy red streak of tracers racing to the ground. |
