Back in June Kevin Rose officially cut ties with the G4 TV network. He followed many other staff member who did not make the transition to G4 from TechTV. Rose had a reputation of being one of the cooler, younger members of the network specializing in less mainstream areas of interest.

It did not take long for Rose to roll out his new project. Systm is an online TV show distributed by the powerful Bit Torrent technology. Its one of many legal files being swapped with the controversial technology everyday. The Systm has managed to gain a solid following in its three episodes so far.

The first episode Building a War Spying Box, Rose and Dan Huard reveal how to build and use the first ever handheld auto-switching warspying device. They then travel around the city in search of unsecured feeds. In the second episode the two show views how to build their own DRM free MythTV box. They go step by step threw the process and show how for around 500 dollars users can have the ability to capture HDTV, and standard TV for later viewing.

The newest episode tackles Making High Quality A/V Cables. In 45 minutes they manage to show users just about anything and everything they would ever want to know about saving big bucks by making the cables themselves.
