2003-Present Machinist, Fort Walton Machining
I currently program and operate a variety of mills including HAAS VF3, VF7, and VF9, Kitamura Mycenter, Mazak VTC-300, VTC-41M, Cincinnati Milacron Arrow 2, and Arrow 1250, Bridgeport VMC-1000, Fanuc Robodrill T10. FWM is a job shop prototype and short production-run machining environment where I do frequent new job set-ups and novel machining challenges.

1998-2003 Machinist, Chromalloy
I operated and programmed Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL) and five axis mills. I machined bearing bores to .0001 tolerances with diamond cutters, along with a wide variety of Pratt Whitney and GE jet engine parts. I wrote CNC programs to rough and finish parts with multiple compound angles and arcs.

1998-1998 Machinist, Manpower
I worked as a machinist, 40 hours per week, at Chromalloy until I was hired as a permanent employee.

1996-1998 PCB Designer, Merriwether Circuit Design Inc.
I designed and panelized printed circuit boards to customer specifications, and performed quality checks on PCB designs produced by others.

1986-1995 Supervisor of Engineering and Quality, QMS Circuits
As a working pre-production engineering supervisor I performed CAD/CAM panelization of printed circuit boards, and produced the job work instructions. I performed inprocess quality inspections of PCB’s. I supervised pre-production engineering and quality inspection personnel.

1982-1986 Lead Quality Assurance Inspector, Keltec
I tested electronic components, circuits, and subassemblies to military specifications.

1976-1981 Aircraft Radar/Computer Technician, U.S.A.F.
In the 87th Fighter Interceptor Squadron I repaired and maintained aircraft electronics systems.
