Mark Guest (Guitar) with Ralph Martin (Piano) and Jeb Stuart (Bass)
It's a real treat to play with Ralph. Aside from being a seasoned and well-traveled player, with great chops, he also is very encouraging to "younger" pups like me. During the 1950's and 60's, he played and toured with more major jazz players than I can count.
Jeb is the first-call acoustic bassist on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He plays with the symphony orchestras in the region, teaches music in the public schools, and still finds time to play jazz and avant-garde gigs.
