Taylor O'Malley is self-centered, possessive, materialistic and a little bitchy. She has a sarcastic sense of humor that she isn't afraid to display. She was born and raised in Cape Heights, but not with wealth. She has tried to rise above that, starting as a file clerk at Emerson International and working her way up to administrative assistant. She is good at her job, but views it mainly as a means to an end.

Taylor's main goal in life is to find a rich husband who will be able to provide her with the material possessions she desires. She has used her beauty and her wiles to seduce more than a few men into her bed, but has to yet to snare one into marriage. Ever since she turned thirty she has become more and more focused on her goal of securing a husband and her financial future.

She has recently started seeing on Jack Carter, whom she met one afternoon at the Oceanside Internet Café. She likes Jack's looks and his personality, and is beginning to think he might someday have the financial means to satisfy her, but she is not sure yet. Taylor has heard the rumors about Jack and his students, and views it as challenge.
