RESOLUTION SETTING RATES AND SERVICE FEES OF THE CITY OF GLENWOOD

POLICE DEPARTMENT EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 13, 2009

WHEREAS, the Glenwood City Council shall establish for fees and services, and

THEREFORE, the Glenwood City Council sets the following rates and fees by Resolution

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Glenwood, Iowa,

that these rates and service fees become effective upon adoption of Resolution on

October 13, 2009.

WHEREAS, the Glenwood City Council shall establish rates for fees and services, and

THEREFORE, the Glenwood City Council sets the following rate by Resolution
